Windows - Initial Pre-Setup Guide

Select your Country or Region, then click Yes
Select your keyboard layout, then click Yes
Click Skip
Connect to your Wireless network. Use the Guest network if at the office.
Click Next
Wait for Updates and any restarts
If asked, click Set up for work or school
Enter your Work email address, then click Next
Enter your Work email password, then click Next
If you already have a Passkey, click iPhone, iPad, or Android device
Scan the QR code with your phone's camera and follow the steps to sign in with Microsoft Authenticator
Wait while the device is being prepared
Wait while the device is being prepared
Once the account setup is done, you'll be taken to the next step (s)
If asked, click No, then Accept
If asked, click No, then Accept
If asked, click Required only, then Accept
If asked, click No, then Accept
If asked, click No, then Accept

Cancel Windows Hello setup

Click OK
Close the Microsoft account setup window
Click Skip for now

Set the computer to never sleep while plugged in

  • Press Windows + I and navigate to System > Power & battery.
  • Expand the Screen and Sleep section.
  • Change the Turn my screen off and Make my device sleep after drop-down menus to Never

If FullTech is finalizing the user setup, please provide them with TeamViewer access using these instructions: 

  • Click on the TeamViewer icon in the notification area 
    (Note: If it does not show up, click the arrow near the clock to reveal it.)
