Add 2nd Authentication method
Go here: https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
Click "Add Sign-in Method."
Depending on your preference, choose either: Phone or Security Questions
Follow the steps to either confirm your phone or add security questions
Resetting your password
If you ever forget your Microsoft password, or are forced to due to a security response, you can do so from any Microsoft login screen by clicking "Forgot my password".
Once you've confirmed your phone via text message or answered the security questions properly, then confirmed the number notification sent to your Authenticator app, you'll be able to set a new Microsoft password.
